Refund policy
Returns can be made in exchange for goods or vouchers to be discounted in non-sale goods, we do not make returns or exchanges on sale and promotion products.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of the item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
We do NOT offer returns if the customer has changed their mind about the order, as the same guarantee is offered up to 1 hour after the purchase of the product, as the warehouse will process the order as soon as it is received by the logistics platform.
We do NOT offer returns for delivery delays, unless resulting from personal agreements made between Il Team Amour Milano and the customer. However, our guarantee covers cases where the product is not received within 90 days of the order.
We do NOT offer returns if the product is used and/or shows obvious signs of wear and tear.
We do NOT offer returns/refunds for customised jewellery in the event of second thoughts or for any other reasons derived by the customer while and/or after delivery. (we exclude broken or damaged jewellery with proof of delivery in its current state at the time of reporting ‘broken’ ‘damaged’ ‘faulty’) the service centre will assess the case with the evidence provided at the time of the claim.
To make a return, proof of purchase must be submitted.
Vouchers due to exchange of goods
The voucher is not applicable to offers on the website, the voucher will be deducted from the full amount of the product(s).
e.g. (if you ordered a 50 euro item and made the exchange via a voucher, you will have to send the goods to the warehouse, once it arrives at the warehouse we will check it and send you the 50 euro voucher. This voucher can only be used on products that are not on offer. It is not valid on 2 X 1 offers.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at amourmilano@libero.it. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping information and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please also note that shipping costs for returned items will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Amour Milano accepts no responsibility and will not make any refunds unless the item to be returned is first returned to our international warehouse.

The cost of shipping (return/refund) of the item will be borne by the customer.
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customised products (such as special orders or customised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Product customisation
If the product has been personalised with personal wording/photos and it is not possible to resell the same item to another customer, a refund will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the full amount.
